Full-Time Marketing Admin Assistant (Hybrid: Remote + In-Office)
Our client in the commercial real estate business is seeking a
Marketing Admin Assistant
to assist the team in their day-to-day operations. Seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to manage both admin and marketing tasks while ensuring the business runs smoothly. This hybrid role offers flexibility with remote work and three in-office days.
Key Responsibilities
Property Listings:
Advertise on platforms like CommercialGuru, , and the company's website, plus manage social media posts.
Marketing Collaterals:
Create flyers, EDMs, and simple designs for listings and social media.
Inquiries & CRM Management:
Handle client inquiries, update records, track leads, and ensure timely follow-ups.
Landlord Outreach:
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords while updating property information.
Admin Duties:
Assist with scheduling, coordination, expense tracking, and general business admin tasks.
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly organized
with exceptional multitasking abilities.
A strong communicator
who interacts professionally with landlords, clients, and team members.
Self-driven & proactive , with a knack for streamlining processes.
Creative & marketing-savvy , with experience in content creation (e.g., EDMs, social posts, simple visuals).
Tech-savvy , comfortable using CRM tools, Google Sheets, Excel, or similar systems.
Trustworthy & reliable , as the role involves managing confidential business and financial matters.
Additional Information:
Full-time role with hybrid flexibility (remote + 3 in-office days).
Open to work in a small boutique firm specializing in commercial properties.
Diploma in any discipline, keen in real estate and marketing.
