Position Overview
Role: Marketing Admin Assistant (Fulltime/Contract 1 year)
Salary: $2,500 – $2,900
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, Monday to Friday
As a Marketing Admin Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting the existing team with tasks as
described below.
● Stay updated on company products and services to support inquiries effectively.
● Support end to end marketing campaigns to ensure smooth execution and deliverables.
● Assist in taking images and videos for media production.
● Periodic market research and consolidation of data for marketing insights and planning.
● Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), templates, and administrative materials.
● Update and manage the company's website, Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
● Study the inventory with accurate content, pricing, and images.
● Review and manage files on Google Drive.
● Assist in booking appointments and processing sales invoices through the POS system.
● Prepare and coordinate materials for events/workshops whenever required.
● Take on additional projects and tasks, demonstrating flexibility and initiative.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
● Minimum Nitec or higher qualification in business and marketing related. No experience required.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva.
● Familiarity with design software, photography and videography editing is a plus.

● Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
● A proactive self-starter who approaches problem-solving with enthusiasm.
● Detail-oriented, organised, and task-driven.
● Tech-savvy with knowledge of social media platforms.
● Independent, mature, and accountable for deliverables.
