Roles & Responsibilities

Job DescriptionMarketing Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including special events, new treatment launches, and promotions.
  • Assist in the implementation and follow up of patient satisfaction surveys, email marketing, and loyalty programs to enhance patient retention.
  • Work closely with marketing team, and to provide any data required by the team when required.
Administrative Support
  • Arrangement of trainings for the Aesthetic Doctors and Therapists at the clinic.
  • Creation of Meeting slides.
  • Prepare sales and other relevant reports as required by management.
  • Receptionist duties when needed.
  • Monitor and manage clinic supplies, ensuring treatment rooms are fully stocked and operational.
Others
  • Other ad-hoc tasks that management may require from time to time.
Job Requirements
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as an Admin Assistant
  • Experience in the Beauty industry will be advantageous
  • Computer literate
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with patients and therapists at the clinic
  • Result oriented with proven track record.
