Key Responsibilities

Sales Support


•⁠ ⁠Manage and update customer databases and CRM system


•⁠ ⁠Assist in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups


•⁠ ⁠Prepare and process sales quotations, invoices, and contracts


•⁠ ⁠Assist clients with application and claims submissions


•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding

Marketing Support


•⁠ ⁠Assist in the creation and scheduling of marketing content (social media, email campaigns, blog posts)


•⁠ ⁠Help coordinate marketing campaigns, events, and webinars


•⁠ ⁠Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics


•⁠ ⁠Update and maintain website content and marketing materials


•⁠ ⁠Assist in SEO, paid ads, and other digital marketing activities


•⁠ ⁠⁠Update wordpress website occasionally


•⁠ ⁠⁠Suggest ideas on marketing initiatives

Administrative & Coordination


•⁠ ⁠Schedule meetings and manage calendars for sales and marketing teams


•⁠ ⁠Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales materials


•⁠ ⁠Maintain organized records of sales and marketing documentation


•⁠ ⁠Handle internal communication between teams


•⁠ ⁠Chatbot training

Key Requirements


•⁠ ⁠Experience: 1-3 years in a sales admin, marketing admin, or similar role (experience in IT/cybersecurity is a plus)


•⁠ ⁠Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask


•⁠ ⁠Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, GHL, FB Business Manager, Google Analytics, Wordpress)


•⁠ ⁠Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills


•⁠ ⁠Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and support multiple teams


•⁠ ⁠Proactiveness: Takes initiative and can work independently with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications


•⁠ ⁠Experience in IT outsourcing, cybersecurity, or B2B sales/marketing


•⁠ ⁠Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing, Facebook Ads, Google Ads, or email automation tools


•⁠ ⁠Basic graphic design or copywriting skills
