**Requirements**:
Someone who can:
1 Manage multiple tasks seamlessly and adaptive to fast paced work environment

2 Good communication and interpersonal skills

3 Familiarize with Microsoft Office

4 Understanding of relevant accounting practices, procedures and regulatory requirements desirable

5 Trustworthy and discreet when dealing with confidential information.

**Admin**

2 Process documentation and prepare formal letters, reports relating to recruitment, staffing, training, performance evaluations and etc

5 Creating and updating database in Info-Tech from time to time

6 Ad hoc - arrange courier services, buying items required by cleaner, AC servicing, repair jobs etc 7 ACA SIN Proposal/Enquiry List - update the file on a weekly basis

**Marketing**

1 Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales team.

2 Update daily social media content.

3 Update and maintain marketing database.

4 Order merchandise items. o Research, propose, and get approval before place order.

5 Assist in preparation and execution of webinars/ seminar that create awareness for products.

6 Assist marketing executive in preparation, coordinating and organizing events

7 Warm call to customers for sharing updated information or invitation to events.

8 Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Marketing Executive
