Join to apply for the HR Officer / Executive role at Neo Group Limited . We are looking for a dynamic and passionate HR Officer (Payroll) to be part of the Group HR Team. You will be responsible for supporting Payroll Function. Responsibilities Processing new hires, resignations, commission payments, and sub-con payments. In charge of payroll cost allocation and cross-entity distribution. Handle diverse claim transactions, including employee claims, NS make-up pay, and government schemes. Prepare and submit CPF contributions, IR8A/E, IR21 and tax clearances. Drive payroll process streamlining and enhancements. Support administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Perform any other tasks as assigned by immediate superiors. Requirements Minimum 2 years of working experience in a similar field/capacity. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Working knowledge of local labour regulations, payroll principles and best practices. Resourceful and independent. Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
