Demonstrated expertise in leading end‐to‐end HR system implementation projects with strong technical knowledge of relevant platforms. In‐depth understanding of compensation and benefits practices within the healthcare or public sector environments. Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence outcomes through negotiation at all organisational levels. Advanced analytical abilities combined with experience in process improvement initiatives including automation strategies.
