We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team, focusing on identifying new opportunities to expand Kronos Research's global presence, shaping our international strategy, and managing key strategic partnerships. This role offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on the growth of our market-making services while contributing to the long-term vision and execution of the firm's business development initiatives.
Responsibilities
Maintain a deep, up-to-date understanding of the crypto industry, emerging technologies, key players, and business trends.
Source and identify suitable partners, engage with them, and establish partnerships to support our goals and business strategy.
Build, maintain, and evolve strong relationships with top partners and clients worldwide.
Collaborate with partner and internal teams to implement projects; work closely with Kronos trading teams to address client requirements and ensure successful implementation and ongoing use.
Requirements
Minimum of 4 years of work experience in business development, preferably in crypto, financial services, technology, strategic consulting, or venture capital industries.
Proven experience in crypto business development.
Solid understanding of crypto trading, market-making dynamics, liquidity provision, and exchange operations is highly preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills; ability to work independently to drive projects forward.
Positive attitude towards new challenges and opportunities, with creative problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Fluent in English.
Global experience is highly desired.
