Our client - a well-known Renewable Energy company - is looking for an HR Manager. Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead and manage the full spectrum of HR functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in employee engagement, a solid understanding of the termination process, and experience conducting exit interviews. This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate both strategically and operationally, with the ability to work effectively across different cultures and regions. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with business objectives Partner with senior leadership to forecast workforce needs and support organizational growth Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes for corporate and business units. Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing requirements and succession planning Performance & Talent Management Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching for managers Design and implement career development and leadership programs Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor for conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee concerns Promote employee engagement through initiatives, surveys, and recognition programs Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices Maintain updated knowledge of employment legislation and HR trends Work with leadership to design competitive compensation and benefits programs Analyze market trends to ensure salary structures remain competitive HR Operations & Reporting Implement and oversee HRIS systems, data accuracy, and reporting Monitor HR metrics, prepare reports for executive leadership and push for improvement Oversee HR related budgeting, forecasting, and reporting Manage HR team globally Support in change Management & Organizational Development Drive change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation. Align HR strategies with the company’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) and sustainability efforts Lead strategic and special projects as assigned by the CEO, providing clear direction and guidance to cross-functional teams. Drive project success to achieve strategic objectives Represent the company at external meetings, conferences, and industry events as required. Promote the company’s brand and build strong relationships with external stakeholders Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, exposure to a regional HR portfolio will be an added advantage Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in employee engagement , terminations , and exit interviews . Solid understanding of HR best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
