What You'll Be Doing

  • Be the friendly face customers meet when they bring in their cars
  • Understand customer concerns and suggest the right service or repair options
  • Coordinate between the workshop and customers — keeping everyone updated
  • Manage daily car check-ins and service appointments
  • Ensure a smooth, positive experience from vehicle drop-off to collection
  • Support the workshop by aligning job progress with customer expectations
  • Handle other duties as needed (we're a team)

What We're Looking For

  • Basic vehicle knowledge is a plus — but not required (we'll train you)
  • Friendly, proactive, and a great team player
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • A valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
