Drive conversion of showroom customers into workshop sales.
- Manage the intake process and conduct daily sales of service products for vehicles.
- Handle customer car intake for repairs and servicing with prompt attention.
- Handle all documentation related to costings and vehicle service history.
- Generate job orders according to customers' specific requirements.
- Swiftly and effectively resolve all customer issues and complaints.
- Provide attentive and personalized service to all customers.
- Monitor job progress and provide recommendations for any necessary additional repairs or services.
- Ensure vehicles are ready for pick-up and follow up with customers’ post-purchase.
- Deliver proactive and exceptional customer service to achieve maximum satisfaction.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by a supervisor on an ad hoc basis.
- Sales incentive will be provided upon confirmation

**Requirements**:

- Min GCE 'N' Level or Nitec in Automotive Trade
- Preferably 2 years' experience as Service Advisor in automotive industry or experienced as Automotive Mechanic
- Good communication skills
- Possess a valid class 3 driving licence
- Able to work 2-shifts (4.5 days work week)

**Working Hours**:
Full Shift: 9:30am - 8pm

Half-shift: AM/PM

AM: 9:30am - 4:10pm

PM: 1:20pm - 8:00pm

Early shift: 8:30am - 7pm (only on weekends)

**Other information**:
Location: Bukit Batok
