Key HR Role Overview:
This position involves overseeing comprehensive end-to-end processes for scholarships and internships, encompassing interview management, letter preparation, allowance administration, tuition fee handling, and claims processing.
- Manage all aspects of scholarship and internship programs, from recruitment to program exit.
- Effectively handle learning administration for milestone, onboarding, and sponsorship programs, ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing.
- Plan and execute employee well-being programs, coordinating logistics, registration, venue arrangements, and vendor payments.
- Provide strategic support for officers on secondment, maintain electronic files, and assist in scheduling critical meetings.
- Collaborate effectively in a dynamic environment, leveraging experience in training administration, recruitment support, or events management as a valuable asset.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–5 years of experience in HR functions, with experience in training administration, recruitment/scholarship support, or employee engagement and well-being programs being an added advantage
- Experience in events coordination or stakeholder engagement would be beneficial
- A proactive team player who can also work independently
- Able to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, adaptable, and problem-solving mindset
