Job Role: HR Administrator
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR professional to oversee the entire recruitment process, encompassing job postings, onboarding, and offboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring timely and accurate placement of staff members.
- Prepare and administer HR correspondence, including offer letters and employment contracts.
- Administer payroll and staff claims, maintaining accurate records at all times.
- Support workplace safety initiatives and carry out other HR duties as required.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in an HR Admin role, with a strong background in HR administration.
- A good understanding of the Singapore Employment Act and relevant labor laws.
