
HR Operations Coordinator

The role of HR Operations Coordinator is to support the onboarding and offboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a seamless experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Coordinating SFC license and work visa applications
- Maintaining accurate SFC licensing and CPT records
- Managing employee records and local benefits, leave, and payroll
- Liaising with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing
- Managing rental reimbursement processes and salary adjustments
- Supporting audits and invoice processing with proper documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years in HR operations, office management, or compliance
- Fluent in English; Cantonese and Mandarin preferred
- Experience with SFC licensing and work visa processes is an advantage
- Strong writing, grammar, and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HRIS, payroll, and regulatory platforms
- Solid understanding of employment law and compliance requirements
