Job Opportunity
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to support and manage HR operations, recruitment, and talent acquisition processes.
This role involves overseeing HR systems, maintaining employee records, assisting with recruitment activities, and ensuring data accuracy across HR platforms.
The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support strategic initiatives, manage HR operations, and ensure smooth coordination between departments.
- Lead recruitment efforts, coordinate candidate assessments, manage interview schedules, and facilitate a seamless onboarding process.
- Oversee and maintain accurate employee records and HR data, ensuring compliance and quality control.
- Manage internship programs, including recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, while tracking performance and providing administrative support.
- Partner with senior leadership to address HR needs, provide analytical insights on workforce data, and ensure operational effectiveness.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources or relevant experience
- At least 3 years of relevant HR experience, particularly in recruitment, data management, and internship programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- Experience with data analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and multitasking skills.
- High level of discretion, with the ability to manage sensitive information.
