HR Coordinator

Our client, a leading Fortune 500 leader in their industry, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join their HR team as a Human Resources Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone who is new to the HR industry and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Coordinate employee benefits programs, including enrollments and changes
- Provide support for employee training programs and events
- Respond to HR-related inquiries from employees in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with payroll processing and other HR-related administrative tasks
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR information systems
- Familiarity with labor laws and regulations (preferred but not required)
