About this opportunity

  • Ensure day-to-day HR operations are running smoothly, managing the employee lifecycle and contributing to a positive work environment in a fast-paced retail setting.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR information system, prepare HR-related documents and support onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Support staff scheduling, attendance, and leave administration, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies.
  • Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications and assist with reference checks and preparation of offer documentation.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for HR inquiries from employees and management, assisting with organizing staff engagement activities, wellness programs, and training sessions.
  • Support monthly payroll processing by ensuring timely and accurate data submission, generating HR reports for management review.
  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is required.
  • At least 1–3 years of HR administrative/coordination experience preferably in retail or FMCG is necessary.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail are essential.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems is required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary.
  • Able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
