**Roles & Responsibilities**
Role Summary
HR Coordinator is responsible for providing HR function support for personnel assigned in country to
ensure smooth operations. In addition, during a rig activation, HR Coordinator is responsible for manpower
support and management.
**Responsibilities**:
Manage HR function for personnel under rig transition and resource pool/rig preservation in location.
Work with recruitment or manning agency to man or backfill for open positions within the location.
Maintain and update HR system and files for personnel in location.
Manage and ensure compliance to local manpower law/requirements.
Track and ensure manpower cost or HR related cost does not exceed budget
Update and/or provide guidance to corporate of any changes to local law to ensure that all manuals, policies or
procedures are revised as and when required.
Personnel compliance with Borr training, certification and competence requirements including booking of courses.
Compliance with the Company's Code of Conduct
- During rig activation, additional responsibilities include_
Work closely with manning agency to provide manpower as per manning requirement to support rig activation.
Manage and plan crew change arrangement in country
Monitor crew stay in country for immigration and tax purposes.
