What We’re Looking For Degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or a related discipline. At least 3-5 years of experience in volunteer management, community partnerships, or programme coordination. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Data-driven mindset with proficiency in MS Office and volunteer management systems. Resourceful, adaptable, and passionate about building a culture of volunteerism. #J-18808-Ljbffr
