**Executive, Volunteer Centre**

**Responsibilities**
- Support the growing volunteer networks and the development of sustainable volunteerism.
- Conduct recruitment, orientation, training, retention, and recognition plan for individual and group volunteers to ensure that all volunteers are knowledgeable and feel valued
- Establish strategic partnerships across Geylang Town, develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with collaborative partners ensuring that mutually agreed upon expectations are being met
- Expand and multiply efforts of volunteer management and social service agency support
- Develop and strategize operationalization plans to outreach and market opportunities for both volunteers and partners
- Develop, update and maintain public content and engagement platforms
- Any other duties required of the volunteer centre

**Requirements**:

- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive and highly accountable for the work assigned
- Pleasant and resourceful, and takes initiative to drive improvements and developments
- Have an interest and passion to work with partners and new people groups
- Able to work independently and at the same time a team player who is able to work cohesively with colleagues from different levels
- Able to attend and participate in regular devotions in church
