DESIGNATION : Customer Service Executive (3 months contract)

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage feedback, and liaise with backend support teams to resolve and respond to issues and inquires.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you within your category of employment in the organization

QUALIFICATIONS
- Preferably at least Diploma level
- Preferably with 1 year or more of working experience in customer service.
- Good communications skills (especially clarity in response writing).
- Active problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Ability to work within a time-sensitive environment.
- Exposure to strong customer-orientated environment is an added advantage.

Kindly note that this is a 3-months contract position, extendable for additional 3 months
