Singapore KAMPONG KAPOR COMMUNITY SERVICES Full time

**Key Responsibilities
**1. **Community Work**

1.1. Support the mapping of community assets within the service boundary of the Volunteer Centre. Perform tasks such as consolidating community partners’ programmes, services and schemes, and ground up initiatives.

1.2. Establish working relationship and maintain engagement with community partners.

1.3. Facilitate and support collaborations among community partners to address the needs of the community.

1.4. Collect and consolidate data on the community within the service boundary of the Volunteer Centre for assessment of community needs.

1.5. Assess and consolidate community partners’ needs for volunteers.

**2. **Volunteer Management**

2.1. Assist to recruit and link volunteers to community partners’ programmes and services to better serve their beneficiaries.

2.2. Assist to recruit, engage and manage volunteers for Kampong Kapor Community Services.

2.3. Maintain database on volunteers and community partners.

3. **Programme Management**
3.1 Assist to plan, implement and evaluate programmes.

3.2 Manage logistics including budgeting at the programme level.

3.3 Work with staff, volunteers, stakeholders and participants in the programme.

4. Undertake any other responsibilities and duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

**Job Expectation**

1. Be punctual.

2. Be prepared to work beyond office hours, if needed.

3. Adhere to the KKCS PDPA policy.

4. Dress code: Smart Casual

**Requirements**:
1. Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar capacity preferably in a Social Service Agency.

2. Qualifications:

- Degree or Diploma in Social Science or relevant disciplines.

3. Other requirements:

- Preferably some volunteering experience with social service, healthcare agencies
- Proficient in reporting writing and Microsoft Office.
