We are looking for a dynamic HRBP to join us
Responsibilities
Act as a strategic HR partner, aligning people strategies with business goals in a fast-paced fintech/banking environment
Demonstrate strong business acumen and a solid understanding of the operational and regulatory complexities of running a fintech business
Provide sound, practical HR advice and judgment to support business growth, compliance, and workforce resilience
Ensure strict accuracy and timeliness in regulatory reporting, audits, and HR compliance requirements in line with MAS or other financial regulators
Lead the design and execution of large-scale employee engagement, culture transformation, and change management initiatives
Support end-to-end talent management including workforce planning, performance management, succession planning, and retention strategies
Leverage data and analytics to provide actionable insights, drive decision-making, and continuously improve HR effectiveness
Build strong relationships and influence across all levels
Stay current with employment laws, regulatory requirements, and HR trends within the fintech and banking sector
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
7-10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HRBP
Prior experience in a fintech, digital bank, or regulated financial institution is highly preferred
Strong understanding of the regulatory and compliance landscape in Singapore or equivalent markets
Demonstrated experience managing audits, regulatory submissions, and HR documentation in a regulated industry
Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Proven ability to drive high-impact employee engagement and change programs
Analytical and data-driven with proficiency in HRIS platforms and Excel/Power BI
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, CIPD, or equivalent are an advantage
