Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a globally respected brand to appoint a
Senior HR & Admin Specialist
for their organisation. This offers a unique opportunity to shape the employee experience across the Asia Pacific region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily office administration, operations management, and vendor relationships at the Singapore HQ, while coordinating regional HR workplace initiatives to ensure consistency across APAC.
Support real estate projects including office setups, and contribute to Health & Safety programs, maintaining ISO certifications and compliance.
Facilitate and support Learning & Development programs, maintain training databases, and analyse feedback for continuous improvement.
Lead HR ESG data collection and reporting for social impact metrics, and provide agile support for HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, and regional HR initiatives.
Ideal Profile
3-5 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or operations management, ideally with regional exposure.
A Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is required.
Hands-on experience in site management, vendor coordination, and training logistics.
Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations, ISO standards, and ESG reporting is a plus.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills are essential.

Compensation
Base Salary up to SGD 70,000/annum
