
Senior Admin and HR Assistant in Singapore Full Time

Working hours: 5-days work week,
- Mon - Thurs, 8.30am - 6pm, Fri, 8.30am - 5.30pm, OR
- Mon
- Thurs, 9am-6.30pm, Fri 9am - 6pm
- Location: Jurong West
- Salary: Up to $2600
- Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for providing admin support to the plant & HR support to the HR department
- Check attendance sheets and process production payroll
- Maintain and update staff record (annual leaves, medical leaves etc)
- Coordinate interview arrangements
- Type Chinese documents such as internal memos
- Prepare overtime reports
- Assist in arranging training
- Issue uniforms, safety shoes and ear plugs to new production workers
- Help to organize company functions
- Stand in reception duties, arrange courier services
- Booking air ticket & arrange hotel accommodation
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned
- Requirements:
- GCE ‘O’/ ‘A’ Level or ITE with at least 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
- Experience in Times Software but not a must
- Ability to multi-task and good in figures
- Meticulous and organized in the work is a must
- Must be independent, have initiative and a sense of responsibility
- Can converse and type simple Mandarin as required to type Chinese memo
- Able to commence work with short notice
