Human Resources Assistant
and play a key role in ensuring smooth HR processes and an excellent employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support across all HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations)
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Assist in scheduling interviews, preparing HR documents, and coordinating training sessions
Support onboarding activities and help new employees integrate smoothly
Help organize company events, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives
Ensure compliance with company policies and local employment regulations
Assist in preparing HR reports, payroll data, and documentation for audits when required
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Some prior experience in HR or administrative roles preferred
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and/or HR software systems
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively
Must have the
legal right to work in Singapore
(Singaporean / PR / valid work pass)
