Empower Youth Mental Health Services

We are seeking an Allied Health Professional to join our dynamic team and contribute to the delivery of evidence-based clinical care, program evaluation, and community engagement initiatives.

  • Service Excellence and Clinical Care: Conduct clinical assessments, provide psychological interventions, ensure person-centered care, and implement workflows that align with team goals.
  • Holistic and Community-Integrated Care: Collaborate with community agencies, promote trust and inclusivity, and support outreach and advocacy initiatives to reduce mental health stigma.
  • Administrative and Programmatic Contributions: Maintain accurate client records, contribute to workflow development, and participate in stakeholder meetings to strengthen collaborations.

Job Requirements:

  • Master's in Counselling or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families in mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship-building, counseling, casework management, and caregiver support.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate records.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community agencies to deliver holistic care.
  • Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.
  • Empathetic, adaptable, and resilient in addressing diverse client needs.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
