Empowering Youth Mental Health Professionals

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Clinical Psychologist to join our team in delivering evidence-based mental health services to youth.


About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for an Allied Health Professional who is passionate about empowering youth and families to achieve holistic well-being. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of youth mental health in Singapore.


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychological interventions, including casework management, counselling, psychoeducation, and caregiver support.
  2. Collaborate with clients and caregivers to develop and review care plans that address mental, emotional and social well-being.
  3. Implement and review services and activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  4. Cultivate strong partnerships with community agencies and stakeholders to deliver holistic and integrated care for clients.

You will also contribute to programme evaluation by providing insights from clinical work to improve service delivery and outcomes.


Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A Masters in Clinical Psychology.
  • A minimum of 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
  • Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship-building, counselling, casework management and caregiver support.
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate client and programme records.
