Job Description:
We are seeking an exceptional Clinical Psychologist to join our dynamic team. As an Allied Health Professional, you will play a pivotal role in delivering evidence-based clinical care, including assessment, intervention, and caregiver support.
- Conduct clinical assessments and provide psychological interventions, including casework management, counseling, psychoeducation, and caregiver support.
- Collaborate with clients and caregivers to develop and review care plans that address mental, emotional, and social well-being.
- Ensure services are person-centered, trauma-informed, family- and recovery-oriented, consistent with core principles.
- Implement and review services and activities to ensure alignment with the Service Excellence Pillar and strategic goals.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Masters in Clinical Psychology
- Minimum 2 years of direct work experience working with youth and families, preferably in mental health settings.
- Proficiency in clinical assessment, therapeutic relationship-building, counseling, casework management, and caregiver support.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills for maintaining accurate client and program records.
- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and community agencies to deliver holistic care.
