As part of our client’s expansion, they are seeking for an experienced
Manager, Talent Acquisition
to their team to lead and shape their talent acquisition efforts. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in recruiting for financial roles, a keen eye for talent, and the ability to help build a high-performance workforce.
Job Description:
As a Manager, Talent Acquisition, you will play a pivotal role in attracting, sourcing, and hiring suitable talents from various sources, ensuring effective execution of recruitment strategies, utilising best practices to ensure a smooth and effective recruitment process.
This will be an opportunity where you will be working closely with company’s leadership to align recruitment goals with company’s objective.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute recruitment strategies for financial roles.
Source candidates through diverse channels, including job portals, networking, social media, and direct outreach.
Conduct thorough selection interviews, assess suitability and eligibility.
Drive end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for both candidates and hiring managers in a timely manner.
Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future recruitment needs.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance regulations specific to the financial industry.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to leadership, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
Diploma/degree in any field
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
Responsible and responsive with good follow up.
Strong knowledge of recruiting techniques, tools, and platforms specific to finance and banking sectors.
Ability to assess and match candidates' skills and experience with organizational needs.
Strong understanding of industry trends, compensation packages, and the competitive talent landscape in the financial sector.
