About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in recruiting for temporary and contractual positions, with a good understanding of HR regulations in Singapore. This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills to manage both candidates and clients effectively, while leveraging innovative recruitment strategies to meet hiring needs.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for temporary and contractual positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Customer Service Recruitment (Good to Have):
Experience in recruiting customer service staff is a plus, with a focus on identifying the right skill sets and behavioural traits.
Mass Hiring Expertise:
Design and execute high-volume recruitment campaigns to meet clients' staffing needs efficiently and on time.
Agency Collaboration:
Work closely with other recruitment agencies to broaden candidate pools and enhance hiring capabilities.
Utilization of Recruitment Platforms:
Leverage online platforms, social media, and other tools to source and attract top talent.
Innovative Recruitment Solutions:
Explore and implement creative recruitment approaches to address urgent hiring needs within short timeframes.
Compliance Management:
Ensure all recruitment activities comply with Singapore’s HR regulations and labor laws.
Client Relationship Management:
Collaborate with clients to fully understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
Candidate Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications and Requirements
Proven experience in recruiting for temporary and contractual positions.
Strong knowledge of HR regulations and labor laws in Singapore.
Resourceful in executing mass hiring campaigns and collaborating with recruitment agencies.
Experience with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools to source for suitable talent.
Ability to implement creative and effective recruitment solutions for urgent hiring needs.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to manage multiple stakeholders (candidates, clients, agencies) simultaneously.
Experience in roster planning and management is a plus.
