What you will be doing:
Work cross functionally to drive the innovation and delivery of
talent assessment , selection, training and leadership programs to clients in Asia.
Advise, plan and deliver to SHL customer projects in a consistent and standardized methodology within project timelines.
Link human capital insights to business outcomes and demonstrate ROI.
Monitor and document projects for profitability and efficiency and identify areas for continuous business improvement and oversee escalations and rescoping.
Identify cross and up-sell opportunities through ongoing customer engagement and collaboration.
Attend professional development activities to expand knowledge and be an SHL brand ambassador.
Help customers to gain full value from our products and services and design and deliver workshops.
What we are looking for from you:
Degree level or above (or equivalent) in Industrial/Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.
Talent assessment, talent management, or staff selection experience, including program design and implementation.
Experience with using psychometric instruments such as personality assessments, cognitive assessments, multi-rater assessments for organizations.
In house or client-facing solution delivery experience, working with HR strategy and processes, organizational behaviour and development.
Good time management and ability to manage multiple client projects.
Desirable:
Strong communication and presentation skills with aptitude to present technical results to non-technical stakeholders.
Skilled in client solutioning and engagement skills with clients in private and government sectors.
At least one statistical program (e.g. SPSS, R) and comfortable with data analysis.
Delivery of training and facilitation of workshops.
The candidate must have the right to work in Singapore and carry out business travel in Asia.
