User Acquisition Team Lead (Mobile Apps) | TUCMEDIA

Brief Summary
Looking for a User Acquisition Team Lead with 4+ years of working experience and at least 1 year of leadership experience to handle:
UA: Meta, Google, Unity Ads
ASO: keywords and creatives
Creative Pipeline: brief and evaluate ad creatives
Account Management: report and align with our clients
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for someone to be a true owner of Performance Marketing (User Acquisition):
Manage a budget of ~$250k in monthly Ad Spend
Directly responsible for meeting ROAS targets (or alternative revenue-related metric)
Optimize campaigns and allocate budget to maximize profits
Plan and strategize: campaign setup, channel portfolio, market expansion
Assess the performance and find ways to grow the Ad Spend
Assess and evaluate which creatives are performing well, and brief our Design team to produce new assets for your campaigns (static banner, videos)
Build holistic campaign reports
Design and execute strategic A/B tests (message, proposition, persona)
Conversion rate / funnel optimization: ASO, Landing Page
Qualification & Requirements
The more experience the merrier; however, we do prioritize ambition, hunger, and willingness to learn over seniority.
Required:
4+ years hands-on experience with managing Meta or Google Ads campaigns
1+ year of experience with leading a team
Proven track record of planning and launching profitable campaigns
Proven track record of monitoring and optimizing campaigns to achieve the target results (CPA, ROAS)
Minimum of 1 year experience with Mobile App Marketing
Preferred:
Experience with Mobile Gaming and/or FinTech
Experience with SaaS
Advanced analytics and tracking skills (attribution, cohort performance, etc.)
Familiar with App Store Optimization (ASO)
Familiar with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
Familiar with MMP: SKAN related topics
We are a digital-first company with everyone being mainly remote, but we can offer a hybrid model if needed. For now, the core team is based in Ho Chi Minh City, GMT+7.
The toughest part is to align the timezones; other than that, we don’t have any rules — we trust each other and hold ourselves accountable based on merit and results, not how many hours we worked. We value transparency and honesty above anything else.
This role reports directly to Tom, the Founder and CEO of the agency.
This is a full-time, fully remote role.
The salary range is 1.5-3k USD.
