Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for end-to-end IT recruitment.
  • Source, screen, evaluate, and negotiate potential candidates.
  • Review and understand the technical job requirements.
  • Able to work for multiple accounts.
  • Provide 1st and 2nd level Interviews with Key Candidates.
  • Provide reports and updates to immediate superior.
  • Responsible for managing recruitment trackers.
  • Maintain accurate HR database and up-to-date employees' records.
  • Monitor timesheets submission, attendance and leave filing.
  • Handle full cycle of employment process, recruits, interviews, onboarding and off-boarding preparation.
  • Develop and maintain employer-employee relations through building a strong and cohesive company culture and enhancing communications

Qualifications:

  • ·Diploma or Degree in related field or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
  • Meticulous, strong interpersonal skills, good problem-solving skills, ability to multitask.
  • Understanding of local employment act, regulations and HR practices.
