Overview
We are seeking an experienced and driven Channel Sales Specialist to join our sales team, focusing on growing referred revenue from brokers across Singapore and the Asia-Pacific region. This individual will realize new business opportunities by furthering partner relationships established by the Channel Partnerships team, manage the sales pipeline from referral deals, close deals, and ensure a smooth handover to the Client Success team. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Sales and work closely with internal teams to achieve a revenue target annually.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Development and Management
Collaborate with partners / brokers to uncover client needs, present tailored solutions, and position the company as a strategic partner for mental health benefits
Enable channel partnerships team to develop joint business pursuits of target accounts
Channel Sales Process Ownership
Lead the channel sales process from opportunity qualification to deal closure, ensuring alignment with internal stakeholders
Continually seek opportunities to refine the sales process to improve conversion rate, deal ACV, and deal velocity
Cross-Functional Feedback
Share market insights and client feedback with Product, Consulting and Customer Success teams
Help refine solution roadmaps and service offerings based on on‐the‐ground intelligence
Qualifications
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, channel sales, or partnership development
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a regional role
Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence and collaborate with partners
Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Highly organized and adept at managing multiple priorities and deadlines
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) and sales enablement tools
Knowledge of the APAC region\'s employee benefits landscape is preferred
