Job Title: Assistant Director of Residential Care

The Assistant Director of Residential Care is responsible for supporting the Director of Residential Care in overseeing the operational aspects and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to manage residents' care plans and monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Support establishing service standards and enhancing the quality of care delivery.
  • Ensure the preparation of reports and provide assistance in training staff.
  • Oversee casework, counseling, and program implementation.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders for funding and support.
  • Carry out investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Support headquarters and inter-departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of a degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with task prioritization.
