Job Title: Residential Care Director Assistant

The position of Assistant Director of Residential Care involves supporting the Director in overseeing operational aspects and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to manage care plans and monitor strategic plan execution.
  • Support establishing service standards and enhancing quality of care delivery.
  • Ensure report preparation and provide assistance in training staff.
  • Oversee casework, counseling, and program implementation.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders for funding and support.
  • Carry out investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Support headquarters and inter-departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of a degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with task prioritization.
