Job Opportunity: Assistant Director of Residential Care

The Assistant Director of Residential Care oversees the operational aspects and ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, supporting the Director in this endeavor.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to manage residents' care plans and monitor the execution of the strategic plan.
  • Support establishing service standards and enhancing the quality of care delivery.
  • Ensure the preparation of reports and provide assistance in training staff.
  • Oversee casework, counseling, and program implementation.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders for funding and support.
  • Carry out investigations and disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Support headquarters and inter-departmental initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Mastery of a degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills with task prioritization.
