Job Opportunity:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.

  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent care outcomes.
  • Participate in regular training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education an asset.
  • Minimum 1 year experience working in a residential care setting, preferably with seniors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with ability to make sound judgments and decisions.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
