Welfare Officer Residential Home/Welfare Support

Job Description:

As a Welfare Officer in a Residential Home, you will play a vital role in ensuring the well-being and quality of life of residents. Your key responsibilities include planning and supervising the care of residents, developing and implementing programs and activities for their well-being, and maintaining accurate records of resident interviews. You will also be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of the Home's premises.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Diploma in psychology, social work, counseling, or a relevant field
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts and weekends
