Job Title: Residential Care Professional

The Residential Care Professional oversees the operational aspects of a residential care facility, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the Director in achieving organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director to develop and implement effective care plans for residents.
  • Establish service standards and enhance the quality of care delivery through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and provide training to staff on best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee casework, counseling, and program implementation to ensure resident well-being.
  • Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to secure funding and support for the facility.
  • Investigate incidents and take disciplinary actions as needed.
  • Support headquarters and inter-departmental initiatives to promote a collaborative work environment.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or psychology, or equivalent qualification.
  • Minimum three years of relevant working experience.
  • Proficiency in basic IT applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong multitasking and time-management skills with task prioritization.
