We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our care team as a Residential Care Specialist.
About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled caregiver to work with residents in our care unit, providing daily living assistance and support. As a Residential Care Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our residents, while also delivering high-quality care that meets their unique needs.
Daily Tasks:- Personal Care Assistance: Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Healthcare Support: Support residents in managing their healthcare needs, including administering medication, changing wound dressings, and monitoring vital signs.
- Resident Management: Perform daily resident management tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating with other staff members.
To be successful in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
- 'N' Level / 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Able to work on rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
The position requires a 6-day workweek, with ability to commit to shift work.
Location:The care unit is located in Singapore.
