- Key Responsibilities:

- Requirements:
- Degree in Social Work or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in social work, preferably in a residential setting for the elderly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.
- Possession of a passion for delivering exceptional client care and commitment to ongoing professional development.
