Senior Geriatric Care Professional

The primary goal of this role is to deliver exceptional nursing care tailored to the unique needs and requirements of elderly individuals, ensuring their comfort, well-being, and dignity are preserved.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate, up-to-date individualized care plans, incorporating timely updates and thorough documentation.
  • Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene and grooming, to promote independence and self-reliance.
  • Collaborate effectively with caregivers and volunteers to share best practices in geriatric care and foster a supportive team environment.
  • Create and implement engaging activities designed to enhance the quality of life for senior residents.

The ideal candidate will possess a genuine passion for caring for the elderly, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a minimum of two years of working experience in geriatric care. A GCE O Level or equivalent qualification is also required.
