Job Details Title: Channel Business Development Manager - APAC Location: Singapore or Malaysia Department: AECO Seniority Level: Mid‐Senior level Employment Type: Full-time Job Function: Other Industry: Software Development Expected Start: Open What You Will Do Lead the expansion of Trimble's channel partner ecosystem across APAC, driving revenue growth and achieving targets through partner recruitment, onboarding, enablement, and performance management. Identify and recruit new channel partners, including license consultants, resellers, integrators, and consulting firms. Develop and execute partner acquisition strategy: persona definition, target list qualification, outreach, pitch, and formal appointment process. Guide partner onboarding: contract terms, channel agreements, registration, enablement training, and GTM launch readiness. Deliver partner enablement programs covering sales, technical, and marketing training modules. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, marketing, channel operations) to provide tools, collateral, systems access and support. Work with partners to build joint business plans, set targets, define KPIs, and monitor ramp‐up progress. Monitor and report on partner ecosystem health: pipeline, revenue, onboarding metrics, satisfaction, attrition. Drive optimization of partner programs, including criteria, tiering models, incentive schemes, GTM campaigns, and onboarding flows. Act as partner advocate within Trimble, surfacing feedback, highlighting gaps, and resolving conflicts or bottlenecks. Ensure partner compliance with Trimble's channel policies, regional regulations, and contractual obligations. Skills & Experience You Should Bring Proven experience recruiting, onboarding, and managing channel partners in the technology/software sector. Demonstrated ability to build and scale a partner ecosystem in a regional or geo context, preferably APAC. Strong business planning and partner business model skills: co‐create partnership plans, set and track KPIs, drive revenue growth. Expertise in partner enablement and training – design and deliver enablement programs and monitor readiness. Excellent relationship‐building and stakeholder influence across internal and external partners. Comfortable working in a matrixed organization and coordinating cross‐functional teams. Analytical and data‐driven, using performance metrics, pipeline analysis, and partner lifecycle data. Strong communication and training skills: engage partner sales/technical resources across Asia (English, local languages beneficial). Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time. Software company experience; BIM or AEC background is a plus. Strong asset in complex solution sales discussion leading to higher‐value outcomes. Resilient, adaptable to fast‐paced environments, and efficient in multitasking.
