We are looking for a key player to lead our market expansion through strategic partnerships. The Role As a Business Development Manager (Channel Partnerships), you will be the pioneer in building our partner network across Singapore. Your mission is to identify and onboard strategic partners—such as digital marketing agencies, business consultants, SaaS advisors, and entrepreneurial communities—who serve the needs of growing businesses. You will not just be selling a product; you will be championing a powerful growth engine and empowering our partners to deliver immense value to their clients. Key Responsibilities Ecosystem Development: Map the Singaporean B2B landscape and develop a targeted strategy to recruit high‐value channel partners. Full Partnership Lifecycle: Manage the entire partner journey, from initial prospecting and signing to onboarding, training, and ongoing growth management. Co‐create GTM Plans: Work with partners to create joint business plans, including sales targets, marketing activities, and enablement programs. Enablement & Advocacy: Train and certify partner teams to become proficient advocates of our AI growth platform. Provide them with the necessary sales tools and collateral. Drive Joint Revenue: Collaborate closely with partners on lead generation, joint pitches, and closing deals to exceed revenue targets. Market Intelligence: Gather feedback from the market and partners to inform our product roadmap and competitive strategy. Who You Are (The Ideal Candidate)Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (This is a mandatory requirement). Proven track record (5+ years) in channel sales, business development, or partnership management, ideally within a B2B SaaS, MarTech, or digital services environment. An existing and relevant network of contacts within the Singaporean business community (e.g., digital agency owners, business consultants, tech incubators). A deep understanding of the challenges entrepreneurs face in customer acquisition, traffic generation, and revenue growth. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (mandatory). Proficiency in Chinese is a strong advantage to collaborate with our technical team. A strategic, entrepreneurial self‐starter who thrives on building something from the ground up.
