**Job Position**:
Business Development Manager

**Salary**:$ 7000 SGD - $ 9000 SGD

**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Overall management of the company including the day-to-day operations of the company to achieve objectives and milestones
- Lead development of product commercialization
- Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify new business prospects and maintain a competitive edge in Singapore
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing team to create compelling sales materials, presentations, and product demonstrations and product management and customer service teams, to ensure timely delivery and exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Lead the regulatory activities and submission
- Monitor and analyse sales performance
- Lead and oversee the company finances, including budget, projections, and audit preparations

**Skills & Requirements**
- Masters/Degree in Life Science, Biotechnology, Biomedical, Medical Technology or related discipline
- MBA would be advantageous.
- Good technical knowledge and business acumen
- At least 10 years’ working experience. Preferable experience in healthcare, medical device, lab equipment, business development, go-to-market, start-up, etc.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership position, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to guide the team towards continuous improvement.
- Good understanding of policies and regulations in medical devices and laboratory equipment
- Good knowledge of medical devices and laboratory equipment
- Proficient in budgeting, forecasting and corporate finance
- Effective communicator and presenter, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong analytical thinking skills and demonstrates problem-solving abilities. Shows a keen business insight and critical thinking
- Experience working with regional team will be an added advantage
- Proficiency in Mandarin is beneficial
