Job Overview:
Serve as a Training Coordinator for our organization, ensuring staff are registered for training with various providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with vendors and staff on schedules and requirements
- Update and maintain training records
- Manage administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Prior HR experience required
- Able to commit full-time until year-end, with possibility of extension for 12 months
- Meticulous and detail-oriented individual desired
Working Hours:
- 17-20 hours per week
- Flexible arrangement: either 2 full days per week or 4 hours per day, 5 days per week
Commitment Period:
Immediate start – Year-end (with possible extension)
