**Responsibilities
- Onboarding coordination with HR and Logistics department;
- Updates master namelist of new hires;
- Posts welcome message and photos of new hires on workplace;
- Issues logistics items including tagging of name on bed and cupboard;
- Indents meals, prepares classroom allocation, and arranges transport for training;
- Liaises with Logistics department for items to be send for servicing or laundry;
- Prepares certificates of accomplishments and training records cards;
- Update PROSOFT record - courses completed, trainees leave status;
- Update Trainee’s biometrics inside Eagle system;
- Coordinates with various departments such HR on trainees’ posting;
- Prepares manpower transfer form for approval;
- Update the public course catalogue and schedules in LMS;
- Conduct training when needed;
- Perform ad-hoc duties to support on new initiatives and training project as and when being assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS
- Preferred at least 1 to 2 years of experiences in relevant or office setting.
- Tech-savvy with good proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficient in Prosoft and SAP is an advantage.
- Strong aptitude to learn and pick up new skills.
- Highly adaptable to working environment.
- Having ACLP will be added advantage.
- Experience in coaching and training will be added advantage.
