Responsibilities of a Training Executive
1. Training Operations & Administration
- Coordinate and oversee training schedules, ensuring adherence to standard operating procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, course material preparation, and enrollment processes.
- Liaise with learners, trainers, and relevant departments to ensure smooth program execution.
- Maintain and monitor learning management systems and training records.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote training courses and maximize enrollment rates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with learners to achieve high customer satisfaction.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and feedback promptly.
- Facilitate effective learning experiences for participants.
- Design and develop training programs and materials tailored to organizational needs.
- Facilitate in-person and online training sessions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics.
- Collaborate with department heads to tailor training plans.
- Ensure training programs meet industry regulations, certifications, and company policies.
- Manage training budgets and resources effectively.
- Liaise with external training vendors and authorities for course registration and compliance.
- Prepare and present reports and statistics related to training activities.
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and familiar with digitized learning systems.
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience in training or educational roles.
- Familiarity with the Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework and SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) ,TP Gateway, CFA/BCLS platforms is advantageous.
- Self-motivated team player with the ability to work independently and multi-task to meet competing deadlines
- Pro-active and meticulous with good analytical, problem solving and follow-up skills
